Delivery Policy
Free delivery within a 20 mile radius of DY5. Please get in touch with us for an approx delivery/installation charge and date.
We do not deliver to Scotland.
We do accept collections from the unit.
Installation Policy
We deliver and install all of our own builds, our own fitters will assemble with care and pride to be sure of total customer satisfaction.
Before installation team arrive please be sure to:

Have a FLAT & LEVEL base before the fitting team arrive on site.

Access to be clear and unrestricted from drop of to base with no over height restrictions sharp turns and corners.

Carry distance must be within 35m carry - After this a carry charge may be applied, please call or email for advice on this matter.

Our panels will not go through standard door height - we can make them to suit but this would then be a bespoke build - please contact us for further information.
Returns Policy
Bespoke Orders / Made-to-Order Items
All bespoke or custom-made sheds are built to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be
returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except in the case of manufacturing
defects or where the product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:
- All measurements, design choices, and specifications are correct at the time of ordering.
- The installation site (e.g. shed base or foundation) is properly prepared and level, as uneven bases
can affect performance and are not considered a fault in the product.
If a bespoke item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will repair or replace it
at no cost.
Non-Fault Returns
Due to the nature of bespoke manufacturing, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect site conditions
- Misinterpretation of use or appearance
We recommend contacting us before ordering if you're unsure about any specifications or site
requirements.
Dismantling & Returns - Bespoke Products
We do not offer a dismantling or collection service for sheds or other structures, including in cases
where a return or complaint is raised.
For bespoke or made-to-order products:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the installation site is suitable (e.g. level, accessible,
and prepared in advance).
- Once a shed is installed, we are not responsible for removing or relocating the structure, even if a
return or issue is requested.
- We do not accept returns for bespoke builds except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or
where the product clearly does not match the agreed specifications.
